SHIPPING
Artworks will normally be dispatched within 3 to 5 days of an order being placed. Some original paintings will require bespoke packaging because of their size and weight, these may take longer to be prepared for shipping and are generally more expensive to ship.

For original artworks being delivered within the Greater London area, it may be possible for Mark to deliver the work at a mutual convenient time, giving you the opportunity to meet the artist in person, for delivery price and more information please contact.
TAXES

Mark Lodge is not Vat registered; therefore, VAT has not been added to any items purchased.
DUTY
Customers purchasing goods from outside of the United Kingdom may be liable for duty charges levied in their own country. This is the customers responsibility to pay any duty owed to your Customs Agency.
RETURNS
You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind for any reason.
If you decide to return the artwork, please inform me first. When we have received the returned item a refund of the purchase price will be made within 7 days, please allow time for this to be credited back to your original payment option.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and in good condition.
Unfortunately, we can not refund shipping costs unless the item is faulty or has been damaged in shipping.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
All artworks are carefully packed for shipping, if for any reason it has arrived damaged or there is a genuine fault found with the item, please inform me immediately. Artist signed Giclee prints will be resent at the earliest opportunity, Original artworks that can not be rectified will receive a full refund.
